When is Coachella 2022?

Coachella 2022 will take place April 15-17 & 22-24, 2022.

When do Coachella 2022 passes go on sale? 

Passes for Coachella 2022 went on sale Friday June 4th at 10:00 am PT. You can grab yours here. 

Will passes purchased for the cancelled 2020 & 2021 editions be honoured for 2022's edition?

Yes, all passes purchased for the original April 2020, October 2020, and April 2021 dates will be honoured for the April 2022 dates. Purchasers will be contacted with further instructions on how to roll their ticket over or request a refund.
 

Do I need to pre-register to buy passes for 2022?

No, both the Advance Sale and General Sale are public so you will not need to pre register to buy passes.

However you can sign up to our Coachella 2022 Waiting List to stay up to date with all the latest Coachella news and developments.

Are there any age restrictions?

Coachella is an all ages festival, however those under 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian. 

To stay in the campground you must be 18 or over.
 

What do Travel Packages include?

Coachella’s Travel Packages include a variety of camping, luxury camping and hotel options with transfers. You can find them here. 

Which Payment Methods can I use?

Festicket.com supports all major credit card and debit card issuers, and the following online money transfers: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, giropay, iDEAL, Sofort Überweisung. Paypal and Apple Pay can also be used as methods of payment.

Can I split the payment with my friends?

Yes you can. At checkout, select 'Pay With Friends' and you can decide how many people are going to pay. The total amount will be split evenly so that everyone will pay the same amount.

You’ll be able to invite your friends via link or email on the confirmation page. They will then have 48 hours to pay their part in full.

Once everyone has paid within 48 hours, your order will be fully confirmed and you will be able to access your order page.

Can I purchase tickets over the phone?

No, in order to ensure that everyone is given a fair chance to purchase tickets, fans are only able to purchase tickets online.

What's your shipping process?

Shipping of wristbands and boxes will be handled by Coachella, and will begin around late February and early March. This will likely take a minimum of four weeks to complete, so your patience is highly appreciated. 

If you'd prefer to collect at Will Call please submit a ticket here.

For Travel Package guests, wristbands and shuttle passes will not be mailed in advance. All materials will be available for pickup at the hotel during designated Travel Package Check-In hours, which will be provided via email prior to arrival.
