Great music, green spaces and an ecological ethos

We Love Green is an environmentally friendly music festival in the heart of Paris. For a weekend in early June, the largest public park in the French capital plays host to an eclectic mix of exciting names in rock, pop, electronic and urban music.

As well as celebrating a diverse mix of musical styles and genres, the festival promotes environmental consciousness, ecological responsibility and community values. This ethos extends to the food on offer, with a focus on providing local produce to festival-goers to strengthen the idea of a community and cut down on the festival's carbon footprint.

What better way to start the summer than with a guilt-free celebration of great music and the natural world.

The Bois de Vincennes on the eastern edge of Paris is the largest public park in the city, and was created between 1855 and 1866 by Emperor Napoleon III.

FAQs

BY PLANE: If you are flying into Paris, you can reach the city centre from the airport either by taking an RER train or any number of bus services.

BY TRAIN: Paris, as the capital of France, is easily accessible via rail from the rest of the country and also neighbouring Europe.

Once in the city, the best way to reach the festival site is to either take Metro Line 1 to Chateau de Vincennes and then walk; or a taxi should cost no more than €20.

As part of ongoing security measures, festival goers are not permitted to take bags to the festival (including rucksacks, tote bags and sports bags).

The only exceptions to this measure are bum-bags, handbags, wallets and purses, which will be subject to security checks.

The festival gates will open at 13:00 on both days.
