Kingsland Festival Maastricht is the southern outpost of the nationwide Kingsland electronic music festival. 27 April is King Willem-Alexander's birthday, and the occasion is marked with a public holiday known as King's Day.
On the day Dutch people put on their best orange outfits, hit the streets and party. Kingsland is the biggest King's Day party, with five simultaneous festivals taking place across the country.
Annually featuring lineups of the biggest Dutch DJs (who also happen to be the top DJs in the world), the festival welcomes over 100,000 people ready to go all out to the beat.
Lineup
This year's lineup hasn't been announced yet, but the 2017 edition featured Afrojack, Dash Berlin, Fedde Le Grand and more.
