Party in the Malaysian hills

Good Vibes Festival is Malaysia's eclectic and diverse music festival, bringing the biggest names from the world's of indie, pop, hip-hop and electronic music to the hills of Kuala Lumpur.

Taking over The Ranch for a July weekend, festival-goers will also be able to enjoy Good Vibe's variety of other happenings, from artistic installations and its giant playground, to market stalls and some incredible local cuisine.

The festival takes place in the town of Gohtong Jaya, located in the hills to the north of KL, close to the Genting Highlands hill resort.

FAQs

BY TRAIN: KL Sentral is Kuala Lumpur's main inter-ctiy rail station, and can be reached from across Asia. From the station, the quickest and easiest way to get to the festival is by taxi, which should take around 45 minutes and cost £15.

BY PLANE: There are a few option for how to reach Gohtong Jaya from Kuala Lumpur Airport. You can get to KL Sentral by train (30 minutes) or by bus (1 hour) and then get a taxi the rest of the way (45 minutes). This should cost around £17 if you get the bus, or £25 if you get the train. Alternatively, a taxi directly to the festival from the airport should cost no more than £35 and take just under 1 hour 30 minutes.

You must be 18 or over to attend the festival.
