G! Festival is an alternative music festival on the Faroe Islands. Featuring one of the most unique locations in the world, the festival takes over the 400 person town of Syðrugøta for three days every summer.

Presenting a lineup of artists paving their own path through the industry, G! Festival is about escaping the normal and finding something more substantial.

Syðrugøta is a tiny, 400 person village in the Eysturoy region of the Danish Faroe Islands. The festival is infused within the town, centred around the beach.

G! Festival takes place in the small town of Syðrugøta, which is in the Eysturoy region of the Faroe Islands. Halfway between Norway and Iceland, these islands are part of Denmark.

Yes, there is a campground located on Mortansbøður in Norðagöta. To gain access you need a tenting-area wristband as well as a weekend or single-day wristband.

Shuttle busses will be available to drive festival-goers from the campground to the festival site and back. These require a wristband that can be purchased at the festival site or on the busses themselves.
