A Carcassonne showcase

Festival de Carcassonne is a series of summer concerts across the Medieval city of Carcassonne, France. 

Over the past decade a combination of booking top-tier, culturally important artists and its unique UNESCO World Heritage setting has made the festival one France's top ten largest festivals, bringing crowds of over 200,000.

Festival de Carcassonne takes place across various venues across the city: Theatre Jean-Deschamps and The Château Comtal are both within the Cité Médiévale. The other stages are: Chénier, Carnot, Marcou, Hôtel de Rolland, Comtal Castle and Saint Vincent.
