Metronomy

The brainchild of multi-talented songwriter, producer, musician and vocalist Joseph Mount, British indie-electronica outfit Metronomy have quietly but assuredly become a hugely respected name in the world of alternative music over the last decade or so.

Particularly popular in both the UK and France, the band's six albums to date have seen them garner a devoted fanbase, as well as critical acclaim for much of their work – in particular the Mercury Prize nominated English Riviera in 2011.

Having worked variously with masters in their respective fields like acclaimed director Michel Gondry and electronic music veteran Mr Oizo, the band have also cultivated a reputation for carefully-crafted live shows; bringing theatrics and light-shows and to their appearances at festivals across the globe, from Primavera Sound, to Rock Werchter, to Glastonbury, and beyond.
