Afro Nation Ghana 2019: Olamide, 6LACK and Akala Among New Additions

More names have been announced for the first edition of Afro Nation Ghana, the African edition of the "biggest urban music beach festival" which follows the resounding success of the European debut this summer.

Two new headliners join the lineup: Atlanta rapper 6LACK and Nigerian hip hop artists Olamide now topping the bill alongside previously announced headliners Alkaline, Burna Boy, DaVido, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy and Wizkid.

Elsewhere, esteemed London MC, poet and writer Akala has been added to the programme, as have Rotimi, Rema, Eddy Kenzo, Zlatan, DJ SoGood and Eddie Kadi.

The festival takes place on Laboma Beach in the Ghanaian capital city of Accra this December (27th-30th), celebrating the biggest and best from the worlds of Afrobeats, dancehall, bashment, hip hop, R&B and more.
