Way Out West 2017

Way Out West is a Swedish alternative music festival in Gothenburg. Welcoming the worlds of rock, pop, urban and electronic into its lush city park, the festival prides itself on its lineup of genre pushing artists, showcasing those who it believes to be at the forefront of the alternative music scene.

But beyond the music there's a whole other side to Way Out West which shines through in its selection of independent film screenings, lectures, art exhibitions and completely vegetarian food policy, demonstrating the festival's keenness to promote sustainability.

Held in the hip city of Gothenburg, Way Out West takes over a number of the city's best bars and venues for its infamous Stay Out West parties which run long into the night, meaning late-night ravers can keep the party going till the early morning.
