Uprising Festival is one of Europe's chief music festivals dedicated to reggae and dancehall.
An amalgamation of laid-back ethos, major players in the reggae community, and quintessential Jamaican foods give Uprising Festival the most chilled festival vibe you're likely to experience.
The site at the lakeside summer resort of Zlaté Piesky is transformed into a haven for reggae fanatics, with authentic street art, workshops and yoga classes sharing the focus as much as the rhythmic roster of performers.

FAQs
Bratislava city centre is just a 20 minute bus ride from the city's airport. Once in the city, tram number 4 will take you to Zlaté Piesky.
Alternatively, you can take bus numbers 61 or 74 from Hlavná stanica, alighting at Trnavské myto before boarding number 53 to Zlaté Piesky. The festival will also be running its own shuttle service between Zlaté Piesky, Trnavské myto and Hlavná stanica.
