Music and art in a pristine Italian setting

Down on a stunning section of the Adriatic coast, in a little, unspoilt corner of Italy, the first-ever Vasto Siren Festival will call on the finest musical artists from around the globe for a debut that's likely to send ripples out across the rest of Europe.

Taking over the ancient town of Vasto, its narrow streets and shining squares will spring to life with live alternative rock, indie pop, jazz and blues. What's more, its palaces and courtyards, terraces and beaches will breathe creativity with film screenings, poetry, comedy, photography, sculpture and art installations.

There will also be daytime exhibitions and events at specially selected sites in and around town and at Vasto Marina's beach pavilions. Plus, if things get a little too warm, and temperatures have been known to reach 27°C in July, Vasto has pristine Blue Flag beaches that stretch as far as the eye can see.

So grab your bathers and get ready for a weekend of swimming, DJ sets at sunset, gastronomic feasts and a whole lotta chilling. We guarantee you'll be back next summer.
