Techno royalty in the German capital

HYTE Berlin NYE is an electronic New Year's Eve party in the German capital.

Part of the global event series that has thrown parties from New York to Beirut and across Europe, the end of year spectacular welcomes house and techno royalty to Germany's electronic music epicentre to close out 2016 in style.

Among those ushering in the new year are international icons Carl Cox, Richie Hawtin and Seth Troxler, as well as a host of German natives including Chris Liebing, Fritz Kalkbrenner and Monika Kruse.

The former bus depot is now a riverside exhibition centre and music venue that hosts events all year round. This party will make use of the dancefloors in the Arena Hall, Glashaus and Arena Club.

BY TRAIN: From Berlin Central Station, take the S-Bahn to Warschauer Strasse. The venue is approximately 20 minutes on foot from here.

BY PLANE: From Berlin-Schönefeld aiport, take the train to Treptower Park (less than 800m from Arena Berlin). From Tegel Airport, catch a bus to Beusselstrasse and then a train to Treptower Park.
