Party on the sands with Afrojack & Nicky Romero
EDP Beach Party is the festival child of Rádio Nova Era, Portugal's popular radio station. Setting up on the lush sands of Praia de Leça da Palmeira, EDP Beach Party is all about the best big room and EDM DJs, and will this year welcome Afrojack, Nicky Romero and W&W onto its beachside stage.
Regarded by some as "the best beach party in Europe", EDP Beach Party's previous nine editions have seen the likes of Avicii, David Guetta and Tiësto perform under the stars on various beaches across Portugal.
2016 sees the festival settle down in Matosinhos, just 15 minutes from Porto, for what looks set to be another mega edition of one of Portugal's biggest and best big room music festivals.

FAQs
BY PLANE: The nearest international airport is Porto. From here, catch a Metro out to Senhora da Hora before boarding another onto Matosinhos Sul. Alternatively bus number 601 travels from the airport to Leça da Palmeira, depending on where you are staying.
BY TRAIN: Matosinhos is easily accessible by rail, but many services will run via Porto.
Once in the city, you can either take a short taxi to the festival site, walk, or bus number 507 passes close by (Fuzelhas).
The festival will run from 16:00 until 04:00 on both days.
