Distortion 2021 has unfortunately been cancelled due to continued limits on gatherings in Denmark to stem the spread of COVID-19. The next edition will take place 1-5 June, 2022. You can read the festival's full statement here.

Distortion is a collection of parties that runs throughout Copenhagen. Bringing over 100,000 people to the Danish capital, the festival is best described as orchestrated chaos.
Featuring over 300 concerts and DJ sets, Distortion has a sprawling multi-genre lineup to soundtrack street parties all over the city that compliment its two day, localised Distortion Ø festival.

Copenhagen's Nørrebro and Vesterbro areas morph into packed, semi-chaotic dance arenas, as the city comes to life with truly unique character.
Distortion Ø on the Friday and Saturday takes over the green hilly area of the harbour of Refshaleøen.

FAQs
Copenhagen Airport is south of the city centre. The best way to make the journey is by Copenhagen Metro. Line M2 departs every 10 minutes, taking 12 minutes to arrive at Nørreport station.
