Liam Gallagher plays a huge homecoming show inside Manchester's Heaton Park on Friday 12th June 2020 as part of his Why Me? Why Not. tour.
The former Oasis frontman will play the iconic Manchester park on the eve of Parklife Festival in what will be a special hometown show for the britpop legend as he brings a set packed with solo material and a collection of hits from the Oasis back catalogue.
Since going solo, Liam Gallagher has released two studio albums – As You Were in 2017, and Why Me? Why Not. in 2019. The latter includes the single 'Shockwave', which was the best selling vinyl single of 2019, and Liam's first solo single to top a chart, while the album also reached number one on the UK Albums Chart.
Beyond his solo material, Liam Gallagher's sets are filled with Oasis' tracks, with the likes of 'Rock 'n' Roll Star', 'Wonderwall', 'Supersonic' and 'Champagne Supernova' all frequent inclusions in recent set lists, as well as more niche tracks such as 'Gas Panic!' and 'Colombia', which all featured fellow Oasis' member Bonehead.
His headline show inside Heaton Park in June 2020 is sure to be a night to remember, and a set not to be missed for any Liam Gallagher fan.
