Dawes, Talib Kweli, Wynonna to Headline Pure Imagination 2022

The festival world, like everything else, is constantly evolving. Massive festivals with equally large lineups will always be popular, but as more and more people go to festivals every year (pandemics notwithstanding), what we're seeing is actually the rise of the smaller scale boutique festival.

Case in point: let me introduce you to Pure Imagination. The brand new festival is set to take over the otherworldly Lake Watson just outside of Prescott, Arizona this May. The one day event features a highly curated lineup pulling from a wide range of sounds. Headlining the inaugural edition will be folk rockers Dawes, god MC Talib Kweli, and country legend Wynonna Judd. Joining them will be the likes of Fantastic Negrito, Atlas Genius, Rising Appalachia and more. 

With its diverse lineup and scenic setting, Pure Imagination is aiming to meld sight and sound in unique fashion and create an unforgettable experience for all in attendance. The festival still has more musical acts to announce, so keep an eye on this one.
