Another slopeside hip hop fiesta

Fresh Mountain Festival returns for a second edition, following a debut that laid down the foundations of an epic hip hop and snowports festival in the French alps.
Moving from Les Orres to nearby Orcières Merlette for the next instalment, the week-long party organised by the team behind summer favourite Fresh Island will once again welcome a lineup of acts that span hip hop, grime, Afrobeats, bashment, trap and more; making the festival the only one of its kind dedicated entirely to these styles.
As well as a full week of parties day and night – from the pre-parties, to the main festival itself, to the afterparty – Fresh Mountain also invites attendees to kick back in the scenic surrounds, hit the slopes on ski and snowboards, or relax in the spas and jacuzzis of the Alpine resort.

The festival moves to a new home on the slopes of Orcières Merlette, an Alpine ski resort in the southeast of France.

Orcières Merlette is situated on the edge of the Ecrins National Park and is 45 minutes from Gap which is just at the end of the A51 motorway (La Saulce exit) and accessible by train from Marseille, Grenoble or Valence.
The easiest way to the resort would be taking a flight to either Grenoble or Marseilles Provence Airport, with the festival offering direct transfers for purchase from these airports.
