BUKU Music + Art Project is a multi-genre music festival in New Orleans, Louisiana. Its recent lineups have included Lana Del Rey, Skrillex, ASAP Rocky and many more.
In addition to music, BUKU Music + Art Project also has a lot of activities which brings many pop culture and the New Orleans underground arts community together and combines international musicians with local food vendors, local visual artists, and various surprise pop-up street performers throughout the site.
BUKU Music + Art proves that Mardi Gras isn't only an unbeatable party during Mardi Gras. With five stages of incredible music, the thousands of festival-goers will be wishing there were more than two days to enjoy the event.

Mardi Gras World is a renowned studio that is meant to recreate the events and energy of a classic New Orleans Mardi Gras in one visit. There are five different stages at the event: Power Plant is the main and largest stage, Float Den is in a Mardi Gras float manufacturing warehouse, The Wharf is a riverside stage, Ballroom is more of a typical indoor music venue, and Switchyard is in a graffiti gallery next to train tracks.

Buku is a 17+ event. You must be 17 or older with a valid government issued photo ID checked at the gate at the time of your entrance to the festival to enter. NO EXCEPTIONS!

MSY Airport is the closest to the venue and from there it's easily accessible by car or bus. There are also first-come, first-served parking spots at the event.
