Sam Fender
Sam Fender is an English singer-songwriter, hailing from North Shields. He was named as one of the BBC’s Sound of 2018, alongside Sigrid, Lewis Capaldi and Khalid. In February 2018, Fender won the “Critic’s Choice Award” at the Brit Awards. Fender’s debut album, “Hypersonic Missiles”, was released in September 2019 through Polydor Records. It includes the singles “Play God”, “Dead Boys” and of course “Hypersonic Missiles”. Sam Fender has played festivals including Live at Leeds, Sound City Festival, Lollapalooza, Osheaga Music & Arts, Splendour in the Grass and TRNSMT. He also supported Bob Dylan and Neil Youg in Hyde Park in summer 2019. He later supported Kings of Leon at Fusion Presents in Liverpool.
