Jorja Smith

Jorja Smith is a R&B singer/songwriter. She released her debut single ‘Project 11’ in 2016 and has already got an impressive back catalogue of collaborations under her belt. At only 22 years old, Smith has already worked with huge critically acclaimed artists like Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Kali Uchis, Stormzy and many more.

Raised on reggae, soul and hip-hop Smith was encouraged to pursue music by her father. Her mixture of soulful lyrics and retro, jazz peppered sound reflects the likes of Alicia Keys, Rihanna and Amy Winehouse, the latter one of Smiths biggest influences.

Jorja’s first single ‘Blue Lights’ reached 400’000 plays within a month and 2018 saw the singer win the Brit Critics’ Choice Award, after which her debut album ‘Lost & Found’ peaked at number three on the UK Album Charts.

‘Lost & Found’ also earned the singer UK Breakthrough of the Year’, ‘Best Urban Video’ and ‘Best British Female Solo Artist’, giving the artist an international profile.
