James Blunt
James Blunt is a singer-songwriter, who was born in the county of Hampshire, in England. Before achieving fame in the music industry, he was an Officer in the British Army. In 2004 he released his debut album, “Back to Bedlam”, featuring the hit singles “Goodbye My Lover” and “You’re Beautiful”. The album was number one in the UK singles chart and a number two in the US. It has since sold over 11 million copies worldwide. Blunt has won two Brit Awards, including Best British Male in 2006. He also has two Ivor Novello Awards, as well as five Grammy nominations. His main residence is in Ibiza, but he also owns a chalet in the Swiss town of Verbier. James Blunt has played a number of festivals including Live at Chelsea and Cognac Blues Passions.
