Chase & Status
Chase & Status are an English electronic music duo, who are from London, but met while at university in Manchester. They hit the big time with their second album, “No More Idols”, in 2011. It features vocals from the likes of Plan B, Tinie Tempah, Dizzee Rascal, and others. It peaked at number two in the UK Album Chart, with sales of more than 600,000 copies. In 2013, they released their third album, “Brand New Machine”. It contains contributions from Major Lazer, Nile Rodgers and Pusha T. The album made it to number two on the UK Album Chart. Their fourth album, “Tribe”, was released in 2017. It features the singles "Control" (featuring Slaves), "All Goes Wrong" (featuring Tom Grennan), "This Moment" (with Blossoms), and "Love Me More" (featuring Emeli Sandé). The duo have also produced music for Rihanna, Snoop Dogg, Example, Kano, and many others. Chase & Status have appeared at many festivals, including Bestival, BoomTown, Let It Roll, Atlas Weekend, Exit, Parklife, Snowbombing, South West Four, Creamfields, Lovebox, EDC Las Vegas and World Club Dome.
