Calvin Harris
Incrementally transforming himself from Myspace mogul into the music industry safe-bet for hit-making chart bangers, Calvin Harris has remained in the high-end of the mainstream music charts for the best part of his career.
The first British solo artist to reach one billion streams on Spotify first made his name back in 2007 with 'Acceptable in the 80s', when Harris himself performed as the centre-piece and vocalist of his act.
It wasn't until he retreated behind the decks that he became a global force in contemporary dance music; his collaboration with Rihanna on 'We Found Love' saw him achieve success in the US. Then the hits continued. As did the accolades, with numerous BRIT and Grammy nominations under his belt.
Renowned as a collaborative machine, Harris has worked with the likes of Ariana Grande, Travis Scott, Rag'n'Bone Man, Frank Ocean, Sam Smith, Katy Perry, and Dua Lipa; the ever-infectious 'One Kiss' was one of the most streamed tracks of 2018.
After drawing in huge crowds for headline appearances at T In The Park, Coachella, Lollapalooza, and Electric Daisy Carnival, Harris abstained from live performances until announcing his comeback at Creamfields and Zurich Openair in 2019.
